Since a non rooted device cannot automatically configure network setting on Ad-Block Plus, you have to do it manually. Open the app > Tap on Configure and then note the proxy configuration. Then go to your device’s Settings and then on WiFi. Long press the name of the currently connected network and tap on Modify network. Check on Show advance options > go to Proxy Settings > change it from None to Manual. Now enter the setting from Ad Block Plus.
