Fix Your Transaction Cannot be Completed Error

If you are getting the error on payments methods that are accepted by Google Play, then Google has released fixes. There are a couple of fixes on their site. You can change the payment methods, delete and add new Google account and add a new payment method.

Step 1: Open Google Play Store.

Step 2: Open menu.

Step 3: Tap on Accounts.

Step 4: Tap on Payment Settings located in the Payment methods section. Or go to Google’s Payments methods website.

Step 5: Select the payment method and then select Delete. Tap on Yes to confirm.

Step 6: Now, Open Settings.

Step 7: Go to Accounts > Google.

Step 8: Tap on the account you want to delete.

Step 9: From the menu located on the top right corner, select Delete.

Step 10: Go to Settings > Account > Google again.

Step 11: This time tap on Add account and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account.

Step 12: Open Google Play Store.

Step 13: From the Menu, go to Account > Add payment method.

Step 14: Follow the on-screen instruction to add a new payment method.
