There are many carriers on many countries that provide paid voice mail service. The rates may vary from carrier to carrier and country to country but it wouldn’t be too expensive anywhere. If you have enabled voice mail service, then setting up will take only a few minutes. Follow the steps below;
Step 1: On your Android, go to Settings.
Step 2: Open Call Settings.
Step 3: Find Voice mail and tap on it.
Step 4: Select Voice mail service and select My Carrier. You’ll see another option called Google Voice – you can see what it is about here.
Step 5: Tap on Setup and enter the voice mail number. Make sure you entered the correct number and tap OK.
Step 6: When / If prompted with a Voice mail number changed popup, tap OK.
Step 7: Now go back to your home screen and open the dialer.
Step 8: Long press 1 and your device will call the voice mail service.
Step 9: When asked, type in the PIN.
Step 10: You’ll probably hear a voice command saying you to record your name.
Step 11: Record a greeting message.
Step 12: If the carrier asks you to do anything further, do it and then you’re one.
