  1. Open Settings
  2. Go To Apps >> Application Manager.
  3. Scroll the apps and go to the Google Play Store.
  4. Open Google Play Store and tap force stop.
  5. Tap on Clear Cache.
  6. Repeat the above-mentioned steps and clear cache from Google Play Services too.
  7. Try to download and install the application

Troubleshoot 4: Clear Play Store Data

Try cleaning the Google Play Store data if clearing the cache of Google Play Store and Google Play Service doesn’t resolve the issue. Follow these steps to clear play store data from google play store.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go To Apps>> Application Manager.
  3. Scroll the apps and go to the Google Play Store.
  4. Tap Force Stop Button.
  5. Tap on Clear data.

Troubleshoot 5: Uninstall and Reinstall Application

If any of the above troubleshooting steps did not work then try reinstalling the application from your device. For this, you have to first uninstall the version of Instagram installed on your smartphone.

  1. Go to setting >> installed application
  2. Find the Instagram
  3. Tap to uninstall.

  1. Go to Google Play Store >> Search Instagram.
  2. Tap on Install.
