Thanks for the help but nothing worked . It all started a day or so after I installed link2sd, which seemed to work fine. But I lost my Netflix install and it now won’t install. Also, youtube won’t play giving error “There was a problem while playing (Playback ID: gRQ1_ etc). Crackle and other apps install but won’t play video.
Sounds like you didn’t solve 506. Try changing storage to internal storage. Go to YouTube apo. It will tell you to sign in on Google play or to update…….update Google play.
have the same issue with app2sd. did you manage to solve it?
Just delete the remain dead files (the app file name you want to install) in Data/data, than you can reinstall it again, why the people so call expert never tech this and just talk alot of useless bullshit!
Yes…this is the best method for the error related to link2sd or app2sd. I use root explorer and delete .com youtube file in data/data
Mohammed thank you I did everything but method 4 when I was trying to fix this. I stored Google play on internal storage and now it works like a charm. It makes sense because it is a system app.
