Google has secured its latest patent (patent application 20130070338) for its Google glass eye piece. The patent secures all the functional aspects of Google Glass eye piece and includes 28 detailed claims explaining the technical functions of the eye piece. Thus, now all the technology that has been put into Google glass is owned by Google and nobody can mess with it.
