Reddit user Amirz created a fully functional version of the Pixel Launcher back in June. Pixel Launcher for Any Device
This launcher is based on the Android Open Source Project’s (AOSP) Launcher3. Also, it has been tweaked to look and function just like Google’s Pixel Launcher. It supports the Google Now Panel, Google Feed Cards, the Search “Pill”, as well as the weather widget. It is in fact as close as you can get to the Pixel Launcher in terms of looks and functionality. Furthermore, there are a few extra features as well.
With this launcher you can swipe down anywhere on the screen to pull down the notifications panel, change system icon shapes without turning on developer options and tap on the date widget by the Search Pill to open your default calendar app. Other extra features are:

- Under Device Administrator, check Unknown sources. This allows the installation of applications from both trusted and unknown sources
- Install the application
- Set as Default Launcher
