Before we begin, let’s talk about the most probable cause for this problem – interrupting update midway. Never interrupt an ongoing update. To make sure you don’t face this problem, always initiate an update only when the phone has at least 50% battery left and do not switch off or restart the phone when it is updating. Have patience. Below are the troubleshooting steps to fix Samsung Galaxy S10 stuck at boot logo.
Force Reboot: The first thing you can do is force reboot your Galaxy S10. This is similar to removing the battery and putting it back again. Since you cannot physically remove the battery, this is the closest thing you can do to imitate that.
To perform a forced reboot;
- Press and hold the Power button.
- Without releasing the Power button, press and hold the Volume Down button.
- Hold on to the buttons for at least 10 seconds.
Clear System Cache: If a forced reboot didn’t do any good, clearing the system cache might. Doing this may remove any bugs in the system that may be causing the issue. To perform a system cache clean up, you need to get into recovery mode.

If this doesn’t work, follow the same steps but instead of selecting ‘wipe cache partition’, select ‘wipe data/factory reset’. If the troubleshooting guide didn’t help, you should take it for repair.
