This app does exactly what its name suggests. It is a paid app but if SuperSU was unsuccessful to remove root access, this app will succeed. This app is pretty straight forward. Open the app and you will see a button with UNROOT written on it. However, some manufacturers like Samsung and LG make it hard for this kind of app to work; so I suggest you do some research and find a specific method to unroot your device.

How to unroot Android: Flashing stock firmware

The foolproof method to completely unroot your device is to flash stock firmware. Each device has specific method for flashing firmware, so Google it first. Also, make sure you have the right firmware. Flashing a wrong firmware will brick your device. Search your device on XDA forums to find the method for flashing.
