Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is now available for US Cellular

After almost four months of its release, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is landing on US Cellular starting today.

As already known, the Galaxy Note Edge is a limited-stock device, and the US Cellular will distribute the Charcoal Black edition. The customers, which are qualified for purchase can either buy it for $0 down using U.S. Cellular’s equipment installment option or for $399 with a two-year contract. The first option will be 20 equal monthly installments of $41, which makes the total price of the device to be $820. The price is certainly expensive, but is fine seeing its edgy body and unique designs.

The specifications of the Galaxy Note Edge are all same as the Galaxy Note 4, which include Snapdragon 805 processor, 16 MP rear camera with Optical Image Stabilizer, 3000 mAh battery, and 3 GB RAM, but it has a edgy-design, which is the only reason for its attraction. The display on the edge is very useful even for day-to-day purposes, unlike other gimmicks by Samsung’s Galaxy devices. Its display, which is 5.6-inches in diagonal, is also slightly smaller than the Note 4, which is 5.7″. The screen flows from the separate interface controls on the rounded strip Edge, and features icons, which can show notifications, be visible when it is in a case and many more. The Galaxy Note 4 lacks this, and hence, is a little cheaper too.

US Cellular is however, not the first carrier to sell the Galaxy Note Edge in the United States, as it has already launched for AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint and T-Mobile back in November 2014. Till now, US Cellular was the only carrier which was not offering the Galaxy Note Edge to its customers. For those who are already planning to buy the device, they can blindly go for it, as it has a lot of positive reviews, from reviewers as well as the users.
