Latest information from Oppo suggests that the premium smartphone maker is about to release its next flagship Oppo Find 7 with a 2K display. It appears the 1080p hd display on the Oppo Find 5 was not enough so along with better specs such as the latest snapdragon 805 processor and 3GB of RAM, the Oppo Find 7 will pack a humongous 5.7 inch display with 2560 X 1440 resolution. Its predecessor, the Oppo Find 5 had a 5 inch display, A 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 pro processor and 2GB of RAM.
This move from Oppo to bring a 2k display will certainly attract other competitors to do the same. Maybe we will see 2k as the standard displays for most smartphones in the coming year. However, at the moment many smartphones are involved in the specs war while forgetting about the importance of bringing a better user experience for users. Hardware and design wise, Oppo Find 7 already competes with flagships from the top of the line manufacturers, if Oppo can do the same software-wise,it will certainly attract more consumers.
