Solution 3: Shutdown your phone and remove the SIM card. Reinsert the SIM card and check if the error is gone.

Solution 4: If you have a friend or colleague who is on the same network as you do, check is they have the same problem. If they do, contact your network provider. If they don’t, proceed to the next solution.

Solution 5: If you have another SIM from the same service provider, check if it has the same problem. If it does, contact the network service provider.

Solution 6: Reactivate the SIM Card from Settings > SIM Card settings.

Solution 7: Research available networks. To do so, go to Settings > Cellular Network / Network > Network Operator > Choose Automatic.

Solution 8: Check if a software update is available. Sometimes these issues are fixed through an update.

Solution 9: If the phone is carrier locked and you are trying to use SIM Card from a different service provider, this error may occur.

Solution 10: If nothing works, the SIM slot might have failed or is faulty. Go to the nearest service center and get it fixed.
