How to Bookmark All Tabs in Google Chrome on Android?

You might face a drop in performance when you’re researching something and the tabs stack up on Chrome. As we all know Google Chrome is notorious for using a ton of resources. Unless you have a ton of RAM on your device, it is not wise to keep tons of tabs open. If you’re using Google Chrome on your computer, there is an easy way you can bookmark pages instantly. This way you will save RAM while still being able to go back to the page if needed. This is a bit tricky when you’re on your Android. There is no feature (or has not yet come) on Google Chrome for Android. But there is a workaround. Here’s how to bookmark all tabs in Google Chrome on Android.

How to Bookmark All Tabs in Google Chrome on Android

When you’re on your desktop or laptop, bookmarking all opened tabs is extremely straightforward. All you have to do is > Right-click on an open space net to tabs > Select “Bookmark All Tabs”. That is all you have to do. But the things are not the same when using Chrome on Android. While it does allow you to bookmark individual tabs separately, you cannot directly bookmark all the tabs. Selecting individual tabs and bookmarking them is a bit laborious. So, here in this article, I will show you the workaround. You will still need access to Google Chrome on desktop and laptop.

Step 1: Open Google Chrome and then open all the tabs you one to bookmark.

Step 2: Tap on the icon displaying the number of open tabs. That is the button next to the URL bar. This is to see how many tabs are open.

Step 3: Now, open Google Chrome on your computer.

Step 4: Click on the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner of the screen.

Step 5: Go to History > History.

Step 6: Click on “Tabs from other devices”.

Step 7: Click on the tabs to open them and then right-click on an empty area next to the tabs. Click on “Bookmark All Tabs”.

Step 8: Now to see all the tabs on your Android, tap on 3 vertical dots > Bookmarks > Select the specific bookmark.

In case you cannot see tabs from Android on your computer, then you need to enable sync. You can do it through Settings > Turn on Sync. Also, check out the options. You can customize what you sync.
