Android Pay officially launches in Australia

If you are one of the Android users in Australia then there is good news for you. Google has launched Android Pay in Australia. It has not been even couple of months Android Pay was launched in Singapore (first country in Asia to have Android Pay) and now it is available in Australia. Android Pay is already available in the U.S. and UK. Android Pay is said to be last major mobile payment service to come to Australia. Android Pay will be available to customers with Visa and Master cards issued by 25 banks and credit unions, including ANZ, Macquarie, as well as American Express cardholders. It is expected to include some more banks in future which will help people of Australia with different bank accounts.

Android Pay is accepted in the different stores like 7-Eleven, Brumby’s Bakery, Coles Supermarkets, Crust Gourmet Pizza, Domino’s Pizza, Donut King, Gloria Jean’s Coffees, with McDonald’s “coming soon” and many more to add in near future.We can also use Android Pay to check out within some apps like Catch of the Day, Deliveroo, EatNow, Hotel Tonight, Kogan.com, Menulog and many more.
