Some of the users may have experienced an issue when using the SD card as the means of storing your offline music. You may or may not have received an error saying “no storage area found”. Users using Galaxy Note 2, Moto G3, Galaxy S4 are some to report the problem. If this is the case, follow the steps below to fix it.
Step 1: Clear Spotify’s cache from Settings > Apps > Spotify > Clear Cache.
Step 2: Uninstall Spotify by tapping on the Uninstall button on the same page.
Step 3: Unmount the SD card by going to Settings > Storage > Unmount SD card. Remount it by either taping the Mount SD card button or physically reinserting the SD card.
Step 4: Now you can reinstall Spotify from the Google Play Store.
