How to Fix Error retrieving information from server [RPC:S-7:AEC-7]
Method 1:
Step 1: Clear Cache and Data of Play Store
- Go to Setting >> Go to Application Setting (In some devices application setting is named as apps).
- Go to, All the apps > >Find the Google Play Store
- Open Google Play Store
- Next tap on the ‘Clear cache’ and ‘Clear data’ button.
- Once you have clear everything, Next you need to Force Stop the application.
Step 2: Clear Cache and Data of Google Play Service & Google Services Framework
This method is similar to above method
- Go to Settings >> Go to Apps or Application Manager
- Go to ‘All apps’ >> Find the Google Play Service
- Open Google Play Service
- Next tap on the ‘Clear cache’ and ‘Clear data’ button.
- Similarly, Find the Google Services Framework >> Clear Cache and Data
Step 3: Clear Cache and Data of Download Manage
- Go to Settings >> Go to Apps or Application Manager
- Go to ‘All apps’ >> Find Download Manager
- Open Download Manager
- Next tap on the ‘Clear cache’ and ‘Clear data’ button
- Now, Restart your device.
Go to the play store and check if the app is downloading or not. It should be working fine by now and if this doesn’t work for you then try the next method.
Method 2: Remove and Add Google Account
- Go to Setting >> Accounts >> Google
- Remove all your Google accounts
- Go back to Google play store and Sign–in your account information
- Accept all the Google terms and setup Google settings then Run Google Play Store and download the app
