Prior to its September 5 release, new images of Xiaomi mi3 have been released by GSMinsider. The device appears in a variety of color and the design is the same as the previous leaks. In one of the pictures, the Xiaomi Mi3’s front screen and yellow back is displayed. Here, the design closely resembles Nokia Lumina smartphone but that’s mainly because of the yellow color. Another image is a six picture collage of Xiaomi Mi3 in pink, orange, cyan, blue, white and green.
Xiaomi Mi3 is currently the most anticipated product in China and just as its current flagship, the Xiaomi Mi2s, the Mi3 is also expected to make record sales at launch in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan regions. Currently Xiaomi products are sold exclusively on those three regions but the recent hiring of Hugo Barra, VP of Android product development, suggests that Xiaomi is looking to go global in the coming years. With Barra, Xiaomi will probably make its smartphones and MIUI based Android OS appealing to Customers outside Asia.
