fastboot flash recovery
Do not hit enter. Add a space at the end and then drag the IMG file inside the folder where the TWRP was downloaded. Doing this will automatically insert the file path for you. Now you can hit enter and wait for the procedure to complete.
Root OnePlus – Reboot to TWRP
This is an important step so do it carefully. You will need to reboot into TWRP recovery and flash the latest SuperSU zip.
Use volume rockers to select “Recovery mode” and confirm it by pressing the power button. This will boot your device into TWRP recovery. If you see a screen asking to enable system modifications, swipe to allow it.
In the CMD or Terminal, type the following command:
adb sideload
Do not hit enter yet. Add a space at the end and then drag the SuperSU zip. On the TWRP’s main screen. tap on Advance and then on ADB Sideload. Swipe the bar to begin the procedure and then hit enter to receive the zip from your computer.
