The Huawei Ascend Mate 7, which was announced back in IFA 2014, is one of the best smartphones of 2014, and now a new version of this beast has gone official- the Huawei Ascend Mate 7 Monarch Edition. With some slight changes in specs, this comes with an added storage capacity.
Available only in China as of now, the Huawei Ascend Mate 7 Monarch Edition will cost $710 (CNY 4399), which is $110 more than the original price of $600 (CNY 3699). The company gives a special VIP card, which grants you 1 hour quick repair in case anything happens to the phone as well as a bottle of the fancy Mossel wine. The sad thing about this phone is that it does not have the latest version of Android (even though it has been a couple of months of since its release), and uses the Android 4.4 KitKat with Huawei Emotion UI 3.0 over it. We don’t know anything about it getting the Lollipop update, but we will post if we get any information.
great post and it is a great phone I’ve been using it for a while
