The steps are now totally clear. This is why people seem to be confused and find themselves unable to remove Opera’s Top News notification on their lock screen. However, we have made the steps to disable it as easy to understand as possible. Follow the steps below;
Step 1: Launch Opera Mini browser.
Step 2: On the bottom right corner, you will find an O icon. This is the Opera button. Tap on the button.
Step 3: On the top of the pop-up menu, you will find a panel with a couple of buttons. Tap on the gear icon.
Step 4: Select Start Page Content.
Step 5: There you will find News with a toggle just beside it. Tap on the toggle to disable it. This disables the ads on the lock screen.
Step 6: Now go back and select Notifications.
Step 7: Disable everything that is enabled. You’re done. Now, you will not be annoyed by unwanted news and notifications from Opera Mini.
