just downloaded nba 2k17 on Samsung J2 an the game doesn’t want to start it just gives me a message saying unfortunately, NBA 2K17 has stopped working…. an I tried all your methods just not working bro

Hi after i reprogram my lenovo tab im facing some essues like google play srvce hass stop i cant go to google play it suddnly not working.i dnt knw what firmware has the tech flashed into my tab but like its an chinese chrcter.plz help i cnt open my google ply.tnx.
