All my accounts are working fine, I can login to them but not to this one, even it says that my phone number and email is not associated to any account. And it doesn’t even show reset password option when I login with wrong password, it just shows ‘Try again’ option.

I really need help please, I can’t log into my account anymore at all, on any device. This error message appears when I click on the link to reset my password. So I can’t reset my password. I have tried everything : uninstall, clearing all datas and cache, change date, hour, reset with facebook, on laptop, on phone… Everything. I think I know where the problem comes from : I tried to change my email adress (adress 1) and it said that the new one (adress 2) was already taken, but I have deleted the asress 2 account a long time ago and I tried to connect and it said no account existed with this adress.There must be an error here, how can I fix it ?? Or get help ? Please I don’t want to give up on my acount…

In reply to Jyoti Jain. Current problem is due to Instagram i.e facebook services outages, which can appear to be partially down for some users around the world. If you are facing instagram login error, an unknown network error, cant see updates on your account feed then the above fixes will definitely solve your instagram problem.

Guys I am facing the same problem. I work as social media manager and all my account got freezed including person. I tried all the things mentioned about but still can fix this any help ?
