Won’t work for me, I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i (It’s quite old, 2011 I believe.)
I really need to remove an account without deleting the photos and videos on the phone, help..?!

In reply to MACOS. Usually, what will work is disabling and then re-enabling all of the Google services. However, this time Google Play Services was greyed out and wouldn’t disable. I noticed that if you remove the Google account before setting up Airwatch (or from what I've read before setting a device PIN) it lets you remove it.

In reply to MACOS. Use File expert app with root access and remount SYNC folder with "write" permission, then you will be allowed to delete the file.
