God , how i clear cache if they are black color or can’t click also my storage internal and sd is calculiting when i check the app management the cache running only has mb shows , the other is nooo .. What should i do sir ?

I cant access my facebook or messenger even my clash of clans .. just a black screen was all i can see i wait for 5-30 minutes and yet still black what kind of error is this? Can you help me fix this error? Im using samsung tab 3.

The unknown error110 when installing apps on android was caused after I enabled power management and it automatically disabled some background applications. I have manually enabled all apps that have that android icon and it now works perfectly.
