For months and months i served the net to get an answer to solve this 403 error but all solutions failed…it was like a nightmare finally i tried ur solution and oh my God it worked…its like a dream…. thanks a lot chandru…you rock…am downloading games at the moment… hip hip hurrah

it comes when you have multiple devices with same gmail account registry on playstore … try diffrent or new email id its working 🙂 😀 (Y) worked for me
