Sometimes it annoying when people who come to your house and ask for your WiFi password and you have to repeat it several times just to enter it yourself on their device. The same goes for you when you go to your friends’ house and you have to give your device to him/her just to enter the password. It is more annoying when you have a long and secure password consisting of characters, number and alphabets. Keeping this in mind, developer CrotaNexus has released an app that can help you view all the password for the WiFi you’ve ever connected on your device. You need to have a rooted device for this app to work properly. Here’s how to see passwords of all connected WiFi networks.
To get started, install WiFi Password Viewer from the Google Play Store. It is a free app and you need to have root access for it to work. Once it’s installed, open it and grant superuser permission when prompted. This is required so that the app can read the file on your system partition that contains all the saved WiFi passwords. Tap OK and the app will display all the passwords for all the networks your device has been connected to. If you only want to see the passwords then you’re all set, but if you want to share the password, read further.
Sharing a password is easy. All you need to do is tap on an entry and you will get options to either save it on your clipboard or share it using Bluetooth or other apps capable of sharing. You can also use QR code to share the password. Any QR code scanning app can be used to view the password.
This is it. This is the solution of the problem you never knew you had.
