Now that Instagram has integrated video sharing features in its app, it is really giving the good old Vine a hard time holding on to its users. Looks like tough competition ahead for Vine as its now confirmed that Instagram has acquired a video sharing app called Luma.  Instagram hasn’t disclosed any detail about how much the deal cost them.

With Luma, Instagram plans to improve its video recording and sharing features. Luma allows you to take videos and adjust its color, brightness, contrast and also add filters to it. Luma will be taken off app store after Dec 31, 2013. Download it now if you want to see what it’s like.
