Ever accidentally deleted photos and videos from your android device? We all have. But instead of panicking and sitting with your hand on your head you can attempt to recover it. It doesn’t matter if your device is rooted or not, you can still attempt a recovery.

The first thing you need to know about recovering deleted data is that it doesn’t work like picking up a paper from the trash can. You have to make sure you don’t override the data. So before you attempt a recovery you need to turn off the internet, don’t switch off the device and don’t save anything new. Doing this can override the deleted data and it could be lost forever.

Follow the methods below to recover your deleted data for not rooted and rooted device.

Method 1: If you are Not Rooted

Recuva

There are many free tools that can help you recover data such as Android Data Recovery, Wondershare and Recuva. We will need both for different types of recovery. If the data you lost was on the memory card then just take it out, put it in an adapter and plug it to a USB port. After you have done that download Recuva and installed it on your computer. Now all you have to do is run Recuva, select the type of files you want it to recover and then just sit back and relax and let it do its work. After it finds the lost data, recover it and save it to a directory in your computer’s hard drive to prevent damage to recovered and existing data. You can later copy it to your device.

If your data was on internal storage when you accidently deleted it then you have to first enable Developer Options. To do that go to Settings > About device > and tap Build Number seven times to unlock developer options. After you did that, go back and get in Developer Options. Then all you have to do is enable USB debugging and let above mentioned software scan your device and attempt to recover any lost data.

Method 2: If you are Rooted

It is even easier to recover deleted data if your device is rooted. All you have to do is download Undeleter and let it do its magic. Select the storage device from where you want to recovery data, let the app scan the device you have selected and wait for some minutes. The amount of time needed depends on the size of the drive and how much it is being used. After it has finished scanning, it will attempt to recover the data and save it to its place of origin. However, there is no guarantee it will work so I suggest you use Recuva or Wondershare to recover the lost data.

Conclusion: the data is not actually lost until you recover it. So don’t panic the next time it happens and try to recover the most of your deleted data.

Dugo, dugo nisam vidio tako upečatljivu zikrbu.Razmislite o tome da napravite jednu (ili više) Windows 7/8 Desktop Background Themes za sada ne postoji ni jedna hrvatska zbirka! A ni dodatna reklama ne bi bila na štetu.BTW, your English is impressively clean and fluent, too.
